These Terms of Service apply when you use or purchase from comforista.com. The Comforista store is operated by Comforista Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Use of the store
You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate and current information when placing an order and must not interfere with the security or operation of the website.

3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including materials, dimensions, quantities, colors, care instructions, and availability. Screen displays may cause colors to appear differently. Product availability may change.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, and payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or availability error.

5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued. We may refuse or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect information, stock unavailability, or another lawful reason. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping
Comforista currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping costs $4.00 for orders under $50.00 and is free for orders of $50.00 or more. Available shipping information is displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved U.S. returns are handled through the Lexington, Kentucky returns address. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Intellectual property
The Comforista name, website content, text, images, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Comforista Limited and may not be copied or used without permission except where permitted by law.

9. Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify. Payment, delivery, analytics, and other services may be provided by third parties under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date on this page.
